IMPORTANT STUFF

Hi everybody, i hope everyone had a good weekend :)

I have attached the scanned images of the families in an email and sent it to everyone.
Essentially we have 3 families:

The sewn pockets / hanging ornaments
The multi-jewellery with the cages
The popping purfume with the vase

I think we have too many families personally - we will discuss this tomorrow. Personal experience tells me that it is better to develop one range extensively rather than 3 ranges in a semi-developed outcome.

Dont forget that the products arent finished yet, we still need to fiddle with the forms to make them a visual family as well as a conceptual family.

I think its important to be realistic about what is achievable in the time we have left.
Monday
Tueday
Wednesday and thats it because thursday we have to submit our powerpoint and then the presentation is on friday.
So we really only have 3 full days.

I think we should only have one family - perhaps with some add-on products such as the popping moisturiser / perfume as a part of the packaging as a bonus item and we can accompany the range with the the vase for retailers to place in their store releasing the same aroma that is contained within the little sewn pouches (for example).

Its better to have one or two really solid protoypes from one range rather than 3 prototypes from 3 ranges which arent finalised properly - does anyone agree with me??? If its just me then i will shut up, but im just worried that we are taking on more than we can chew.

We should have a meeting during the break tomorrow and we will just fill in the people who are unable to attend - we dont have time to wait till we can all meet.
